Ashley
Wilkerson is a native of Lubbock and Dallas, Texas and a 2001
graduate of Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and
Visual Arts. Presently attending Eugene Lang College, New School
University. Stage: Lysistrata (Connection Theatre
Company), The Wake of Jamey Foster (Connection Theatre Company),
an original one-woman show entitled Papers from a Southern
Supernova's Purse (The South Dallas Cultural Center),
Exploring the Black Aesthetic (The Actors Studio at the New
School University), The Vagina Monologues (Eugene Lang), For
Colored Girl Who've Considered Suicide When the Rainbow isn’t Enuf (Booker
T. Washington), The Journey (Sarah Lawrence College), Dallas
Live (The Majestic Theater). Television: Dr. Pepper Commercial (Maxie Productions),
Drug-Free America Commercial (Big Fish Productions). Awards & Honors: International Thespian (1998-
Present), National Arts Recognition and Talent Search--Honorable Mention
awardee in Theater (2001), NAACP Act-So National Finalist in Theater and
